Full Time Campaign Coordinator
The Campaign Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Executive Director in planning and implementing the City of Philadelphia's Employee's Combined Campaign. The Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for 50 City Departmental Chairs and sustain the efforts of hundreds of City employee volunteers. In addition, the Coordinator will create and implement a comprehensive year-round Campaign plan; produce all Campaign materials with a team of designers, printers and City liaisons; develop and implement Campaign volunteer trainings; and work cooperatively with an offsite, outsourced pledge processing firm to enact a pilot online Campaign pledge processing mechanism, while retaining paper pledge processing for City employees.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with the requisite competencies for effective campaign management including fundraising, working with volunteers, event planning, public relations and marketing, technical savvy, familiarity with workplace philanthropy drives, and excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
